I would also have counted celebrity gossip, but I check websites daily so it's not much of a guilty pleasure now...more like an addiction ;) lol!
Amen to the gooey chocolate chip cookies-- just reading that makes my mouth water and it's only 10 am! And my guilty pleasure is the Real Housewives of NY. Embarrassing but true..;)
